Christmas can be a wonderful time of year, it can also be the magnifying glass on everything which is ‘wrong’ in your life, and anything in between.
However you navigate this next bit, I wish you peace, joy, balance and connection; with deep gratitude that we are on the planet, together at this time. Thank you for being here x

Time to Shine, Life Transformations
If you are considering a change, or if changes are happening to you, come along for 4 simple weekly sessions, to empower you to make the changes you desire, or to reframe your current challenge. Either is the right decision when it is in alignment with you.
Working in a small group to offer mutual support, these sessions will guide you through a range of activities so that you can step forward and shine as the amazing being you are!
Facilitated by Alice

Kinesiology sessions for healthy balance
During your kinesiology session, gentle muscle testing will inform the focus on whatever your priority is on the day
– to support your hormonal or digestive system
– a general wellness M.O.T
– stress release, high emotion, lack of energy
– a shoulder/neck/wrist/ankle/knee/hip balance
– blockers for personal development
Emotional support is a fundamental part of a kinesiology session, so if you are undergoing emotional challenges, then a kinesiology session may be just the thing to bring some relief and restore balance. I think of it as a ‘massage for your soul’. Just as we are all unique, each session is absolutely unique to you.

What Alice’s clients say ....
‘Thank you for such a lovely relaxing and supportive session yesterday. I think you have a real gift actually, for helping people feel safe & nurtured. I feel much better emotionally, things are in better perspective. Thank you SO much.’ - Lisa
‘I am a complete newbie to kinesiology, and came into it with an open mind. I feel the huge benefit that the treatments and Alice’s recommendations have had.
I have been able to not only improve my digestive health, but fundamentally have been able to process locked up stress and emotion that I have been carrying for some time, giving me a different view on people and life. Thank you so much for helping me to harness my own energy to support my ongoing self improvement.’ - Kris
‘I have had a session with the lovely Alice. What a relaxing and enlightening experience. Alice really listens and gets to know her clients in an open and non judgemental way. I would recommend Alice 💞’- Lucinda

About Alice - I discovered Kinesiology whilst living in Sydney, where it is a popular holistic therapy. I have used kinesiology to support my, and my childrens', wellness in so many ways; from identifying food intolerances, and bringing about relief from physical symptoms, to treating the individual in a far more profound way.
As a client, I have frequently gone into a treatment feeling overwhelmed, and left with a sense of inner peace.
I am a member of the Kinesiology Association, which upholds professional standards of practice.

Did you know that a female fetus has a fully developed reproductive system, with 6-7 million eggs, at 20 weeks gestation?
This means that YOU were inside your grandmother’s body, experiencing everything your grandmother experienced BEFORE YOUR MOTHER WAS EVEN BORN.
If your grandmother was experiencing stress or trauma, YOU were experiencing the same.
As I mentioned in my previous post, I began reading ‘s book ‘Regenerate’ this morning and it reminded me of many things I’ve previously learned about epigenetics.
Studies show that the parental sensory environment experienced before conception can remodel the sensory nervous system and neuroanatomy in subsequent generations.
Descendants of Holocaust survivors exhibit altered profiles of stress hormones, which predispose them to anxiety, depression and PTSD.
In animal models, one study of nematode worms showed epigenetic memories of environmental change lasted at least 14 generations.
What does this look like? In a study done with mice, a cherry scent was released as mice were getting electric shocks, conditioning the mice to fear the scent. Despite never having smelled this scent, mice in subsequent generations had a fear response when encountering this cherry scent for the first time.
Fear is passed down. Trauma is passed down.
Until we do the work to heal.
In the climate of our world, where it’s so easy to ask “What’s wrong with those people? I don’t understand why they react that way!” maybe we should be asking “What happened? Tell me your story. How can I help you heal?”
