We are extremely proud of Paul Bryant, who this evening won the delayed 2025 Gloucestershire Singles Championship to add to his previous wins in 2005 and 2015.

🟡Players Defy the Elements During Second Bowls England Disability Open Day 🟡

Despite having to battle through the wind and the rain and everything else the British summer has to offer, Olveston and District Bowling Club played host to another hugely successful Bowls England Disability Open Day this weekend.

The event brought together a mix of new bowlers, players experienced on the green and enthusiastic coaches, all eager to familiarise themselves with adaptive equipment against the backdrop of a welcoming and inclusive environment in Olveston.

Congratulations to members Ian Gauld, John Smallwood, Rob Smith, Dave Wiggall and Joe Hardwick (Reserve) for being selected to represent Gloucestershire in the Middleton Cup trial, with a special mention to the Manager of the team our very own Paul Bryant!

A great achievement for all the lads to play in the top 24 of the county!
