The place where it all started, with many of the faces with whom it all started 🥹
I’ve loved this class so much over the years. The dancing and the post-lashing. It was the real Phase 1 AE Dance.
And as I sit here now elevating the torn calf, resting the 34 week bump and icing the newly developed neck crick (this is getting silly now), I do think “okay, it is time”.
Not that my body’s too old or broken for it anymore. Christ no. I’m young and gorgeous. But maybe the world is saying, “okay let’s go into Phase 2 now”. As joyful, busy and silly as Phase 1. But with a whole lot more experience, wisdom and wonderful souls to continue the journey with!
LET THE ROWDINESS LIVE ON. I am going to stay sit here for a little longer though first 👍🏽

Introducing our Voulez Groove Charities 🎗️

2️⃣ weeks to go! ✨
Here’s what you can expect from Voulez Groove weekend (essentially - it’s heavy on the fun!) 🕺
All Saturday audience members are so welcome to hang out with their dancing champions between the two shows on the Saturday, for our garden picnic. We’ll have 3 food trucks (pizza, curry and gyros if you’re interested!) and PLENTY of bars serving silliness 🎉
Then after the final show, we’ll all gather outside to cheers…ourselves! The food trucks will be serving up dinner and will be serving up their infamous boozy slushies! 🍧
When the clock strikes 10, we’re then all heading down to LaRocca to…make our mark! The first 60 dancers get free entrance and there’ll be 10 bottles of Prosecco to claim on arrival 🥂
So this isn’t just any old dance show. This is a PARTY!!! 🥳
(To confirm there will be delicious non-alcoholic drinks served too. Otherwise I’m f***ed).
