Love it when the data is mind blowing :) I personally hate the scales as people still believe them :( They judge themselves and they are so wrong. Be nice to yourself and look behind the scenes :)
The only thing the scale can do is measure your total body weight. That includes everything: fat, muscle, bone, organs, blood, water, gut contents and muscle glycogen. The scale doesn't tell you how much of that weight is fat and how much is muscle.
Stay active and keep fit!
*Please note she has good genetics to be able to gain muscle quicker than most women!

Here is the hard proof . Our phone is monitoring us . After talking about a medicine ball and my current supplier this showed up on my Facebook. Obviously my meeting was about setting up our own products range along with our online personal training and our on-demand training subscription. Even the brand was spot on by the targeted ad.
