So true… Often the hardest pose of yoga is simply getting onto your mat. I always feel better though ( & enjoy the sofa-aaahhh afterwards too!) x❤️

I‘m loving sharing this December‘s PEACE themed yoga class. It‘s SO important to carve out some restful moments for ourselves especially at this busy/crazy time of year. Where do you find peace? I often do in nature & winter dipping at Henleaze lake has been wonderful ( & chilly 🥶). I hope you find your peace & endeavour to do it more often in the New Year sending all love ❤️

I’m so enjoying sharing cosy autumn fireside yoga this autumn. Thanks for joining me for Sep/Oct classes! I’m now away for a few weeks of half term but back from November 13th for x6 weeks winter term. Hope to see you there! X❤️🍂🙏🍁

What is Yoga for us?
It isn’t just about folding yourself in half like a pretzel.
