It is with the heaviest heart that I have to announce IMstrong as a brick and mortar business will be closing down.
Last Official day of training will be Friday 10th January 2019.
For those of you who don’t know, we are closing down due to a number of factors which for some reason just couldn't be controlled, perhaps the universe forcing me to change my direction.
Its been the most difficult decision of my life, and something I have been fighting against for the past year. I set this business up to help people with their health, its like the only gift I can imagine helping people to understand they have the power to look after themselves.
2019 has not been kind and with numerous attempts and changes in approach to reviving the business, to trying to find a new home for us, it has been one obstacle after another to the point the business and myself mentally and physically unable to absorb and continue.
It has been an extremely bumpy ride (business side) with many incredible experiences (thanks to all members) and also painful lessons. One thing I do know is I want to continue helping as many people as I can with their health, fitness and mental well being.
I had a BIG dream to cater for Anyone and Everyone wanting to make a positive change to their health, Weightlifters, Powerlifters and Taekwondo players to all train under one roof. Some will know I worked tirelessly every day (5am-11pm days for 8yrs) to make this happen.
Regardless, I have lost the fight for now. Now I must take time to regroup.
But this won’t be the end of this amazing community, it’s just evolving 💪🏼 In 2020 you are going to be witnessing some amazing success stories 👑
