What does your footstep say about your health?

A footstep can show whether you have good ankle stability or not, good posture or not & good balance or not.

Our feet are the foundation of our body, to be strong & healthy we want them to be strong & healthy.

In the 2nd picture you can see a healthy footprint compared to a flat foot/ fallen arch.

For the most part a flat foot means a weak foot.
It can indicate injury, arthritis, diabetes & obesity.

Having a flat foot can cause issues & injuries if it hasn’t already…. shin splits, plantar fasciitis, Ankle, knee, hip & back injuries & many more.

Don’t worry if this is you, you can strengthen your feet with the right exercises.

We will post up a video with some great exercises soon.

FF Adventure August

Bike ride:
FF studio around Chew valley lake

Set off for a casual bike ride, ended up not so casual 🙈
The cafe was closed & I didn’t let anyone stop for ice cream. 😂
We all still had loads of fun… I think 🤔
