Huge well done to EVERYONE for the hard work and effort you put in.

Thanks to Lucy, Kerri and Isla for teaching last night, at only orange belt they helped coach white belts. Isla is only 7, and last night took on the role of teaching. Incredible.

Everyone else who helped teach, coach and guide - you're awesome. Everyone is awesome. ♥️

We've been posting some serious things lately. About how important martial arts is, and how incredible our students are.

That stands, by the way. They are. Top banana.

But also, we're a bunch of crazy people who genuinely love what we do. We love being part of DTSD, part of the Beach, and being a team. We support each other, cheer each other on, and above all, we are united in the fact we genuinely just care about each other.

We love our club. We just do.

This club, and this association - Dragon Tang Soo Do - is more than just a martial arts club. It's a family, it's a way of life, it's a team of people who support you and cheer you on.

Special shout to our Sam who won Grand Champ, and her other half Aaron who was also tied for Grand Champ - missing out due to tied on points.

The Beachers always do well at Bournemouth (because it's a beach).

100% record for Grand Champ titles for females is retained, this year our very own Sam won the Senior Female Grand Champion title.

With an incredible 2 Gold and 1 Silver, putting her on that top step to clinch the trophy.

We are SO PROUD. ♥️🏆

Great night last night, great to also see a special guest from Master Whites Club joining us for some pre-competiton training.

This Saturday we are heading down to Bournemouth to compete in the Friendship Games. Our team have been working super hard to prepare for this, so we wish them all the luck!

Next week, back to it with a grading looming soon - only a few weeks to prepare.

We are SO proud that our club has some fantastic Mums who train alongside. Encouraging, empowering, inspiring. 🥹

(Dad's are also awesome too, but Father's Day hasn't happened yet!)
