Morning, I have a few places in my Tuesday evening Pilates class.
It’s 1900-2000 in Staple Hill. The cost is £8.
The class is aimed for beginners but different levels for most exercises are offered.
We have men and ladies in this very friendly talkative class.
I demo each exercise then wander round and correct technique where needed.
