This Bosch Gen. 4 CX Race unit had stopped engaging its drive to the pedals after 1500 miles.
The cause was found to mostly be water ingress, affecting the ratchet system, axle bearings and sprag clutch.
We've successfully resolved this problem with a full strip down, clean, replacement parts and new sealing.
The PCB has also received a conformal coating to prevent any corrosion damage from further inevitable water ingress.
