Ranta’s journey spans over a decade of teaching and training across the world, from Bali to New York, Berlin to Italy, and beyond. With over 1000+ hours of advanced yoga training, her teaching blends depth, discipline, and creativity — from Dharma and Forrest Yoga to Rocket and Artistic Barre Fitness.
She’s passionate about helping students connect deeply with both movement and stillness — reminding us that strength and softness can coexist. 💫
