First up,

We’re excited to introduce our brand-new Kids K1 Kickboxing classes at Roger Gracie Academy South Bristol!

🗓 Starting this Wednesday at 16:45, these sessions are designed to build confidence, discipline, and fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Following the kids’ class, our Adults K1 Kickboxing session begins at 17:30, offering high-energy training suitable for all levels.
