Tonight we tried something a little bit different, using our choice of Martial arts kick we had to kick the ball off the pork chop pad and finish it off with a turning kick!

I am one very proud instructor these 4 absolutely smashed it today and have all passed to get their 1st Degree black belt!!
Special mention to Theo who’s name was mentioned for the spirit of excellence belt, well done Theo
