Alongside her group sessions, Nat also offers 1:1 coaching, giving more personalised support for those who want tailored guidance and a plan built around them.

She creates an environment where people feel comfortable, supported, and confident to keep moving, even when things feel uncertain.

We’re launching a 6-week Ladies Kickboxing Introduction Course in Portishead, built for complete beginners who want to learn properly from day one.

No experience needed.
No pressure.
Just structured sessions to help you build confidence, improve fitness, and get comfortable on the mats.

Led by Coach Rakan, former British WAKO Champion, with a clear focus on helping you improve week by week.

What a start to the term EPiC family! 🖤💛

Huge well done to all of our members who’ve recently sat their GCSEs and A Levels, we know the pressure that comes with it, and it’s great to see so many of you handling it so well.

And to our parents, you should be proud. The focus and effort your kids have shown so far this term, both in and out of the club, has been spot on.

And now… summer’s around the corner. Expect lots more EPiC energy as we enter the warmer months. We’ll be taking our sessions outdoors, hosting another charity event, and coming together as a community for some cracking social events 👀

For now, enjoy the long weekend, smile at the sun and stay EPiC! ☀️👊

Coach Rakan and George were in today delivering an assembly and what a session it was.

A great opportunity to speak to the students about confidence, discipline, and what martial arts can offer both on and off the mats.

Plenty of energy, loads of engagement, and great to see so many getting involved and stepping forward.

This is what it’s all about, reaching more young people and giving them something positive to be part of.
