Sophie’s Bouncercise Classes

BOUNCERCISE, Chipping Sodbury. We have 3 spaces available for this beginners/intermediate 7.30pm class on THURSDAYS IN The Old Grammar School. Come along and try this fun and effective class. Rebounding is gentle on joints & suitable for all fitness levels, including none and yet highly effective.
