Hi, I’m Alexandra, a neurodiversity coach passionate about helping people embrace who they are and thrive in ways that feel authentic and sustainable. With over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent individuals- children, young people, and adults alike- I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my coaching. My work has taken me across educational, family, and organisational settings, giving me a deep understanding of how different environments can either nurture or challenge the neurodivergent mind.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we look at how your brain works and find ways to make it work with you, not against you. I draw on a blend of approaches such Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and creative coaching tools to meet you where you are. Every session is shaped by your unique strengths, challenges, and values- because I believe lasting change happens when you feel understood, supported, and in control of your own growth.
ADHD myself, I bring empathy, curiosity, and genuine understanding to my work. I know how powerful it can be to finally feel seen and accepted. My role is to help you rediscover confidence, navigate challenges, and build a life that aligns with what truly matters to you. Coaching with me is about uncovering your potential and taking meaningful, sustainable steps forward- always at your pace, always with compassion.
