This year has truly been the most challenging, unpredictable and unsettling for most of us. At the beginning of the pandemic, I couldn’t really think straight and my mental health got really bad.
When the gym’s reopened I understood how much gym and fitness environment can help people stay on straight line.
It’s been quite difficult having to adjust to this for the second time.

The government have not taken in consideration how hard this will be on people’s mental health. But for us as humans, now more than ever is important to reach out, communicate and look out for one another.

We have to stick together through this and reassure each other that everything will be okay.

Today I wanted to reflect on how far I’ve come Looking back through the gains I’ve built I’m reminding myself how I cannot let myself go. But this is important for everyone to do.
Appreciate yourself and your progress you’ve made. DO NOT let this lockdown reverse your progress in life.
Don’t be afraid to reach out to people if you need help as we are in this together β€οΈπŸ™πŸΌ

-side kicks 12 reps
-crab walks 15 reps
-squat jumps w/bands
β€’Legs
-sissy squats
-sumo squats
-jump lunge in to squat
-single leg deadlift -back extension
-leg curls
Each exercise 12-15 reps and repeat 3 times.
