Doing what I love and bringing people together in beautiful spaces and surrounds to enjoy Yoga, human connection, nature and the opportunity to be present.

Thanks to everyone who has come together so far to make these days really magical.

The next Wellness day is April 19th at the beautiful . Expect Hatha and Yin Yoga sessions, Yoga Nidra, Sound meditation and full use of the β€œwild” spa - barrel sauna, cold plunge, whirlpool bath.
