I know, I know — 2027 feels miles away. But I say this every year and every year people are annoyed they left it too late. So here we go.
Here are the retreats I’ve got planned for 2027. The September ones have just a couple of rooms left already, so if you’re even slightly tempted — now is the time.
Here’s what to expect:
The food is proper good. Healthy, but actually enjoyable — not the kind that makes you feel like you’re being punished for having a life.
It’s not just yoga either. We mix it up with Pilates, fitness and movement that’ll actually challenge you — whatever your level. And that’s the thing — any level is welcome. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or have done anything like this before.
Everyone who comes feels included and at ease. That’s really important to me.

✨ Moroccan Glow Wellness Retreat 2027 ✨
2027 Morocco retreats are live… and this will be my 4th year running them
📍 5th June 2027 – 7 nights

Honestly I love this venue so much… it’s got that proper boho boutique Moroccan vibe. It’s right by the beach, there’s a pool, loads of loungers to chill on, and a rooftop terrace with an air-conditioned shala where we do all our Pilates, yoga, fitness and the sound bath… with the most unreal sunset 🌅
And just to say — it’s not just yoga.
I mix in Pilates and fitness classes too, so you get a really nice balance and don’t feel like you’re doing the same thing every day.
You also absolutely do NOT need to be fit to come.
Everything is adaptable and you go at your own pace — it’s about feeling good, not being “perfect”.
All food is included — fully plant-based, healthy, and it’s a no alcohol retreat, so there’s no temptations… you actually come away feeling really good.
We’ve got evening bits planned, daily walks, optional Atlas Mountain hike, massages if you fancy a treat… plus more.
And just to say (because people always think this) — it’s not a bootcamp.
Everything is optional.
We move every day, but there’s also proper downtime… like actually sitting by the pool for a few hours doing nothing (when do you ever do that at home 🙈)
It’s just a really nice balance of moving your body, feeling good, and properly switching off 🤍

I'm already getting bookings in for 2027 retreats and it’s a bit mad…
The Cotswolds (5th Feb 2027) is already SOLD OUT 🤯
And I’ve got two Morocco ones planned:

I know how easy it is to just stay stuck in the same routine… work, home, feeling tired, saying you need a break but never actually booking one 🙈
And then before you know it, another year’s gone and you still haven’t done anything for YOU.

Holding onto weight, energy dipping, feeling a bit puffy or just not yourself… even though you’re trying?
This is exactly why I keep talking about rebounding… because it’s not just about calories, it’s what it’s doing inside your body too.
One big one — insulin sensitivity + weight
As we get older this matters more than ever. Rebounding can help your body actually use glucose properly instead of storing it, support fat metabolism and just bring things back to a better baseline… which makes everything feel a bit easier.
Cortisol + nervous system
A lot of women I speak to are already stressed and tired… and then smashing HIIT on top of that 😅
Rebounding still gives you that cardio feel, but without overloading your system. It can actually help calm things down instead of ramping them up.
Lymph + hormones
Your lymph only moves when you move… and this is where rebounding is so good.
It helps flush everything through, including used hormones like estrogen, so if you’re feeling bloated, heavy, a bit “stuck”… this can really help.
Bone strength + pelvic floor
Low impact but still doing the job. You’re building strength without hammering your joints, and giving your pelvic floor some love at the same time.
And honestly… the mood side of it
You just feel better after. More energy, clearer head, bit more like yourself again… and that confidence starts to come back.
There’s loads more I could go into… metabolism, circulation, core, balance… it’s such a good all-rounder.

My name is Gemma and i’m a Health & Fitness Coach. I am really passionate about helping people find more happiness in their everyday lives and to find a form of movement that suits them, there really is no one size fits all. I love teaching rebounding a it has so many health benefits.
