Great work from our competitive gymnasts Eleanor and Riley at England Squad held at Lilleshall 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 They have been working hard to build up their skills and perfect their routines ready for upcoming competitions 💪🏼 We’re so proud of their continued dedication and look forward to supporting them during the process 💙

We bid our sibling duo a fond farewell as they take on new adventures! 🥹 Grayson and Cassie have been part of our gym family for many years and we have made great memories together 🙏🏼 Cassie competed as part of our medal winning West Country League Premiership teams and Grayson as part of our Men’s U’16 team to the British Club Team Championships 🤸🏻 Individually, Cassie worked her way up from Distinction in Club Grade 6 through to a ‘Working Above’ level in South West Regional Development Grade 4 and was 2nd AA and 1st on Vault at the South West North Classic Challenge 🏅 Grayson has been an outstanding member of the South West MA Squad 💪🏼 He was South West Regional NDP Champion at levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 and won a place in GB Reward Camp on two occasions 🇬🇧 He first competed in the English and British Championships in 2024 and this year at the U’16 British Championships, he excelled on Pbars posting only 0.7 in deductions ✔️ We wish them the very best and look forward to welcoming them back for catch ups anytime 💙

Great work from our competitive gymnast Meelz at GB Junior squad at Lilleshall 🇬🇧 During her recovery from a knee injury, she has focused on basics and rehab to build a strong base for the future 💪🏼 We look forward to continuing the hard work together 💙

The weekend work continued! 💪🏼 Great work from our competitive gymnasts Cassie and Hayat who competed for the South West Performance Grade 4 team the National Development Plan Finals 🤸🏼‍♀️ The team came 6th AA and individual highlights from our girls include:
🌟 Cassie competed a high flying Piked Tsuk on vault to place 18th and a well performed R&C to place 14th, all this despite having to cut back on her training to focus on her GCSE exams 🙏🏼
🌟 Having recently come back from injury, Hayat showed her resilience by hitting her beam to place 8th and producing an excellent R&C to secure 4th 🙌🏼
They both showcased themselves as valuable members of the SW team and we couldn’t be more proud of their determination and hard work 🥹 Congratulations to both our girls, the South West teams, coach Carolyn and the Bristol Hawks team 💙

Well done to our competitive girls Ayla, Marine, Mya and Amelie who competed at the National Development Plan Finals held on Saturday at Fenton Manor 🤸🏼‍♀️ Here are their terrific highlights:
🌟 In Performance Grade 2: We had 3 gymnasts in the South West team that placed 2nd AA. Ayla was exceptional on vault where she flew into 1st place and swung into 2nd place on bars 👏🏼 Marine performed beautifully to earn 3rd on floor and 4th on both beam and range and conditioning ☺️ Mya represented the South West region for the first time competing a clean competitition and producing a dynamic vault to place 12th on this apparatus 🚀
🌟 In Performance Grade 1: Amelie represented the South West region for the first time where the team placed 8th and she placed 10th individually on beam and floor 📈

Golden girl! 🥇 Shantae built on her success from Saturday where she secured silver on bars and has now been crowned floor champion 🏆 We are so elated to see her thrive on the world stage and showcase her spectacular skills 🤸🏼‍♀️ A tremendous success for team GB with teammate Grace standing by her side after securing silver 👏🏼 Congratulations to Shantae, Grace, coaches Rory and Jemma and everyone behind the scenes 💙

Shining in Silver! 🥈 Huge congratulations to Shantae who secured the silver medal on bars in her very first World Cup 🤩 An absolutely amazing achievement and very well deserved after all the hard work 👏🏼 Well done to Shantae, Rory, the Bristol Hawks team and everyone involved 💙
