BRISTOL 10K 🏃‍♀️🏅

I am so proud of the ladies who went out on Sunday & got their run on 🤩 we had PB’s, first time 10k runners and frostbite because why the hell was it so cold 🤣

I also secretly kept an eye on all the other gang who were doing 10k & HM that join me during the week & can confirm they also smashed it out the park 👏🏼👏🏼

But honestly they all amazed me, inspired others & I’m super proud I had them all representing the gym 🥹

POWER SURGE - WEIGHTS & CARDIO (high intensity)

The class changes up every session/week, you will be working in a ‘zone 4’ threshold. Aimed to improve endurance & performance by pushing the body close to max sustainable efforts. The class is challenging but you will walk away feeling great 🤩

POWER HOUR

What is it?

Weights focused session whilst predominantly working on functional fitness movement this means back squats, lunges, deadlifts, overhead presses, rows, movements that help with everyday life. We occasionally use some styles of Olympic lifting but the main priority is to strengthen the muscles tone the body and if it is your aim it assists in weight loss too.

All sessions are safe for any level, we are a boutique style Gym this meaning we don’t have overloaded classes. It creates a very welcoming environment helps you get to know new people whilst getting your exercise in 💪🏼🤩

AND JUST LIKE THAT IM 1 YEARS OLD 🎉🥳

I honestly can not believe its been one whole year since I officially opened the doors to my gym. Thank you to each and every one of you who has come in & given me the chance to coach you and meet the most amazing fun people. There’s so many memories from the last year that its not possible to get it all in one video 🫠

I know its flown by because i’ve truly had the best time & I hope you have too. Heres to many more years from me Caitlin & gym doggo Ace 💃🐶

A little insight to todays community sunrise hike ⛰️

- 3:30am wake up call
- up to Pen Y Fan for sunrise (7:19am)
- let Kristen know how much longer it was to the peak
- nearly got blown away
- saw the sunrise for .5 seconds
- popped open a buckfizz
- made our way back down
- drove back to Bristol for a breakfast

All before 10am, yes we had a few unable to make that early wake up call but it was such a funny morning and we had the best time. Hopefully we’ll have a few more faces on our next walk when we leave at a more sociable time 🫣😂

The Train Station gym is not about fitting in its about being fully yourself, we have built one hell of a community. And when I say the word community I don’t use it loosely, the generosity & friendliness of my members makes my job the easiest. You are all amazing and I look forwards to continuing to build the gym with you & welcome new members to The Train Station family 😎
