RunFit every Monday 6.45-7.30pm, meet outside near the old bingo hall at Hengrove.
Classes include body weight, free weight, resistance band work, core and more throughout the weeks, suitable for runners and non runners who want to build strength and overall fitness. All fitness levels welcome. For more information please get in touch

Nice 12k run in the sun, great to be getting back out there. Classes will be resuming shortly also, with RunFit set to restart Monday at 6.45pm and a morning and evening bootcamp coming soon, days, times and location to be confirmed soon. Feel free to get in touch for more information

RunFit restarts Monday 13th January after our Christmas break, finishing off our current block but new members always welcome. RunFit is an outdoor fitness class suitable for all fitness levels and you don’t have to be a runner to take part. Sessions include strength work, free weights, body weight, cardio, core and more with a mix throughout the weeks. For more information please get in touch
