If you’ve been wanting to build strength but prefer something low-impact, supportive and body-aware, this could be a lovely way to start your day😊.
Brave Tone is a low-impact, full-body strength class using light weights to build strength, balance, mobility and core stability. We finish with breathwork to help you feel grounded and energised. Personal attention and a friendly atmosphere. All abilities and energy levels welcome 💕

A mind–body strength + cardio class that believes fitness should help you listen to your body, not override it.
Expect movement that builds strength and energy, with plenty of choice, pauses, and encouragement to meet yourself where you’re at.
Classes are friendly, supportive, and open to all levels. You can come exactly as you are — tired, energised, unsure — it all belongs here!

You crave rest. 🕯️
You finally carve out time for it — the tea is hot, the house is quiet, the list is on pause.
But instead of relaxing… you feel restless.
Your mind spins.
You reach for your phone.
You tidy that one thing.
You put on a podcast in the background.
You tell yourself you’ll rest later.
Sound familiar?
This isn’t because you’re bad at resting.
And it’s not a discipline problem.
✨ It’s often your nervous system doing exactly what it’s been trained to do:
Keep you moving, because stillness feels unfamiliar.
Sometimes even unsafe.
And here’s the truth I want to gently offer you:
