Back-to-back classes in this beautiful space tonight. Ending the evening with 20 minutes of gentle wind-down before bedtime.
Practicing yoga in low light creates a calming, introspective, and grounding experience. It supports hormonal balance and improves sleep quality by reducing cortisol (the stress hormone) and boosting melatonin — your body’s natural signal to rest.
It’s a soothing, screen-free way to prepare for a peaceful night.
Goodnight, everyone 😴

Evenings are definitely my favourite time to be out. It's a Greek thing.
The evening was just amazing, but deciding to be alone on an empty beach with my daughter at 11pm made me think :
"You are not afraid to swim underwater until you black out, not afraid to dive to -60+ on a single breath or play with sharks, seals, or whales in the deepest of oceans
... and yet there is fear in wanting to watch the moonlight alone away from city lights and noise."
It's so sad that as women, we are scared to be out at night by ourselves. Especially when you are one who loves solitude. We all know that there are always risks when it comes to getting from one place to the next in the night alone or wanting to go and see the moonlight by yourself on an empty beach. Getting back to the car as quickly as possible is sad, fighting the fear of being a woman alone in the dark is hard, keeping your head down walking in the night and teaching your daughter not to be afraid was very very hard indeed.
