Not the result we went for but an honourable draw for last Saturday in his K1 title fight on Caged in WsM

Credit to his opponent who played a brilliant counter striking game plan. He was tough as nails, and managed to beat the 8 count after Benny turned up the aggression & dropped him in R3

Thanks to for having us, to all the supporters and to the corner team

Joe Patterson secures the WCA Area Boxing Title in a back & forth battle from start to finish against Dan Huxtable, which had the whole crowd on their feet and won fight of the night.

Joe has since gone on to K1 success and is now a 10 fight MMA fighter but says this was still the toughest fight he’s had.

Scott Cocking getting his Glory Kickboxing gloves laced up, backstage at the Glory K1 contender tournament

Although Scott won many kickboxing titles and didn’t win this tournament, it was a huge moment for him and the gym. Glory is the biggest kickboxing promotion in the world and to even be considered to take part in a contender tournament is a massive achievement

Scott retired from the sport slightly prematurely due to injury but “The Captain” stayed on in a coaching role at TWG until 2020

Neil Richards secures the WFA Kickboxing World Title

Neil is long retired from the sport, he was a multiple champ and 4 time English title holder. ‘The Machine’ was renowned for his incredible cardio and always outworked everyone in the gym

2 wins & 1 learn on Saturday from the team on Saturday at Couldn’t be happier with how the lads performed

Sam made his debut at just 17 years old, boxed brilliantly and lost a close decision, nothing but positives to take away

Ryan made his debut, despite a change of opponent on the morning of the show, winning the decision with his forward non stop style

Tyler fought for the TCB Novice title over 5 rounds in a rematch that won fight of the night AND the title. He had to overcome adversity with a nasty cut sustained in R2 and a tough opponent over the 5 rounds

All of this outdoors in 30 degrees on the hottest day of the year!

Awesome show, the weather made it feel like a real holiday atmosphere, and the team vibe was perfect. Thanks to everyone who came to cheer them on and to all the coaches & corners for your work & support for the fighters

Another good showing from the team last night on the ProK show in Bristol

Joel boxed at 85kg, a much better weight for him considering he started at heavyweight 97kg last year. He got caught though with a massive overhand early in round 1 which put him on the back foot for the rest of the fight and lost the decision. Still never been dropped or finished in 6 fights and keen to go again later this year

Kieran made his debut at 70kg fighting K1 against a 2-0 unbeaten prospect (bizarrely as the main event and final fight of the show) He executed his game plan perfectly, took the first round but his opponent made some great adjustments and picked his shots really well to get the finish. Kieran did everything he could and everything we asked for, it was a superb debut and should take nothing but positives away

Thanks to the corner team great job as always

Thanks to ProK and the WCA for having us, another good event and congrats to good to see you again 👊🏼
