Yoga Loft Bristol is an independent yoga studio located just off Queen Square in Bristol City Centre, in the loft of the Osteopaths practice. Iyengar yoga is known for it accessibility and attention to technique in order to help you achieve alignment in poses - regardless of your flexibility. A wide range of poses are used to enhance strength, stamina, flexibility and stability to the whole body.

It was a busy 2019 And I got to do some yoga poses in funny places (see below) but Iyengar classes on Tuesday and Friday from 1-2 are still on and are all go!

Those of you that have been practising yoga with me for a while, will have heard me talk a lot about the importance of posture (how we hold ourselves in space, how we take up space, how we move within space) for better emotional and physical well-being. This article explains brilliantly why it's so important.
