Gym ceiling has had a revamp with sound proof panelling, and we've installed new impact-absorbing mats in the power rack area. The mats can withstand drops of up to 350kg and absorb around 22db of sound. Feels great to train on!

We worked hard over the Christmas break to get the garage gym and back gym in great condition for training hard in 2026. We have a wide range of weightlifting and Strongman kit, adjustable dumbbells in both rooms, kettlebells, leg press, rowing machine, cable machines, gymnastic rings, punching Bob & gloves & pads, etc. If you have a fitness goal for 2026, you can achieve it here 💪

Quarantine routines - YouTube 30/03/2020

Hey everyone, although a week off training won't do you any harm, as the quarantine looks to last a while, it'll be worth finding ways to get some activity done at home (even if only to help keep you sane). We're happy to help with advice on lockdown training using the equipment you have at home.

I've put some quarantine routines up already on the YouTube playlist below, based around what I know you have most commonly already.

Good solutions for training at home include suspension trainers (like TRX, and there are much cheaper variants that are good), a kettlebell or two, 41" resistance bands, and chin up bars. You can get a fantastic workout done with any of these on their own, paired with your own bodyweight, household objects, and good old hard work.

There's been a rush on gym suppliers recently due to people preparing for home training during lockdown all at once, so I appreciate some equipment is very hard to find in stock at the moment, particularly kettlebells. There still seems to be a good supply of suspension trainers available so I'd recommend looking into to those. Many come with attachments that make them quick to set up at home, such as to attach to a closed door, and they are useful to have after quarantine being portable, if you wanted to train whilst traveling for instance.
