Come and learn Shotokan Karate with classes for teens & adults on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Also classes for Tiny Titans ages 5-8, and Titans aged 8-12 years, in Bristol, from 5th September. Chief Coach, Michael, is a 5th Dan JKA and World and National Medalist, with over 30 years experience. Enhance balance and flexibility, improve confidence and self-esteem, improve fitness and learn a new martial arts skill of self-defence.
