Feeling thankful ✨️
What a great week celebrating 1 year of Rewire Pilates at The Pavilion
We celebrated with a social style class, which brought lots of fun and laughter. But dont worry, if this wasn't for you, we will be back to our normal format next week 🙈
I hope everyone liked my home baked goods - olive oil, dark chocolate and sea salt cookies 🍪
I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of you. It’s been such a rewarding year, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the support 🥰
Its crazy to think some of you have been coming since the very beginner and it means so much to me! Thanks for putting up with me when I muddle my lefts and rights… or refer to my hands as my feet!
You've all made every class enjoyable which keeps me motivated. Thank you for your patience, your effort, and for helping create such a welcoming and positive atmosphere in every session.
I look forward to many more classes together 💚

✨️ International Women's Day 2026 ✨️
This years theme is 'Give to gain'. My interpretation of this is giving support, celebrating women's successes, helping others to succeed, sharing knowledge and encouragement. With the gain being connection, opening circles to new opportunities and creating enjoyable atmospheres for growth and fun.
This is exactly my ethos when teaching Pilates - an open, non-judgemental, inclusive space where you can thrive in practice, and maybe even have a little giggle.
The second picture is a true representation of this in action. A group of women (including me!) who gave their time to support each other through their first enduro mountain bike race. There were nerves, there was imposter syndrome and there was a lot of whooping. Every single one of us came away absolutely buzzing from that female collective of cheerleading and encouragement.
Here's to the all the women on IWD2026. Please take a moment to give, gain and celebrate yourselves ✨️

Two years ago, I couldn’t finish a sentence.
Today, I’m writing for
Thrilled to announce my collaboration with them as an Executive Contributor, turning my most disorienting years into something useful.
This is going to be fun.
For me. 😊
Possibly alarming for them.
We’ll see.
So I’ll be over here, writing the articles my younger healthier self needed to read.
The ones that don’t end with “we don’t know” or “that’s just how it is.”
Because menopause needs more than just HRT.
It needs strategic options.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to go stare at a wall and remember what proprioception is.
Kidding. I fixed that. 😜

This week - mini balls 💚
If this is new to you, I will talk you through the benefits of using a mini ball (a post pending for this) and how to correctly use them to maximise those benefits ✨️
Get ready to feel the extra feedback of these beauties, channel those inner stabilising muscles and of course have fun whilst challenging yourself ✌🏼
If you have your own ball and would like to bring it along then please do, but if not I will be them to class for you to use 🪩
I'm looking forward to it. Show me some love if youre looking forward to it too ❤️

Rewire 2025 🙌🏼
As we wrap up the year, I wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt *thank you* for all your support since I began teaching at the new Pavilion in May. It’s been such a joy getting to know you all, sharing the space, and seeing the commitment and positive energy you bring to every class 🤍
One of the highlights of this year has been watching so many of you achieve new things and having the privilege of being part of those moments ✨️
I truly appreciate each of you and the community we’re building together 💚
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a restful, joyful holiday season. I’m looking forward to welcoming you back in the New Year and continuing our Pilates journey together ✨️
Warmly

Feeling grateful for words like these 💚
It’s always a privilege to support someone as they discover the strength, confidence, and calm that Pilates can bring.
Thank you for trusting me with your practice and for allowing Pilates to become part of your everyday life.
Here’s to continued growth, movement, and feeling good in your body.

Find your cosy, good health this Autumn 🍂
If you're like me (bluebird kinda gal) then when the sunlight dips and the temps drop, you feel less motivated than through the Summer months. And hasn't it been the best Summer for energy, getting outside and moving!
So here's my top tips for increasing those energy levels this Autumn ✨️
🍁 Get outside early - It can be hard to get out first thing to catch the morning light, but making it routine will play a big role in lifting your mood
🍂 Move regularly - it doesnt have to be time consuming to be effective. Squat while brushing your teeth, balance on one leg whilst on a call, short walks round the block, or mobility/stretching at your desk
🍁 Warm food to feed the soul - your body needs more energy now, listen to it and reduce those cravings. If you're not ready to give up the Summer salads, accompany them with something warm and nourishing.
🍂 Set screentime boundaries - I am guilty of swapping outdoor activities for a screen when its cold, but having a limit and sticking to it will help you free up time to achieve other things. Plus its good for the brain to have a break from overstimulation
Small changes can make a big difference 🫶🏼
Like if you agree with any of this 💚
