Kind of my technique. I had to share this. I use this technique a lot but not as structured as this professional fighter. I use it more as an escape when I lose balance or when I follow up a roundhouse kick or low kick missing the target. Amazing ex*****on. Wow https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1DSFED3eL2/

Back on track.

Do you remember this brand?
They were one of the first to move beyond TRX and bring more functionality to suspension training. I loved it then and I still love it now we still have six of them in our gym. Sadly, the company completely disappeared. I could tell you long stories about how everyone tried to make huge profits off it in Europe, especially in Hungary. It was actually cheaper for me to buy them from the USA. After the company vanished, a German brand came along with a similar concept, they took it further by adding bungee cords to the pulley system. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name, but I remember the price. They were crazy expensive. Just to give you some context: I bought each G-Flex for around $75 back in 2011 (I think). The German version? 250 euros each. That was just unreasonable — and even TRX is overpriced, in my opinion. Today, the market is flooded with products claiming to be “the best way to work out.” But the difference between G-Flex and classic weights or most fixed suspension trainers comes down to biomechanics and that’s where G-Flex truly stood out. #SuspensionTraining #FunctionalTraining #GFlex #TRXTraining #FitnessEquipment #Biomechanics #FitnessThrowback #TrainerLife #WorkoutGear #FitnessInnovation #TrainSmart #StrengthTraining #GymLife#OldSchoolFitness#FitnessGear#FitnessHistory#EquipmentReview#OverpricedFitness 24/05/2025
