T O R Q U E - R U N - C L U B

New to our timetable, the Torque run club is for all abilities. Our aim is to get together, improve our running, enjoy each other’s company and really feel the outdoors again.

It’s an open club for anyone. Whether you’re a member of our community or not, you’re more than welcome.

If you are looking to move more, and build on both your physical and mental health, then join us every Tuesday morning at 06:45.

To the Mamas out there! Happy Mothers Day! 🌸

May you be acknowledged and celebrated everyday! We see Mamas turning up at the gym at 6am, with their babies, after work, juggling it all, but still showing up to be the best them, to be the best Mum they can be.

We are also supported by our partners who are all incredible Mums and allow Torque to happen.

⭐️ M E E T T H E C O A C H ⭐️

As of January we welcome Sam ‘chef’ Rathbone as the new head coach of SGPT.

Sam joined us in October 2022 initially training his own clients before jumping into coaching Kettlebells on a Monday and now SGPT across the week.

If he’s not asking you what your top 5 favourite sandwiches are, he’s probably putting the members through their paces in the new training block that kicked off on the 15th of January.
