I am looking for pregnant women (any stage) and new mums (up to 12 months post-birth) to take part in a focus group as part of my dissertation research into how mothers source and appraise information on nutrition. It will last around 30 minutes on the 2nd or 3rd of January in Bristol. Please get in contact with me to find out more.

Due to Corona Virus I am now teaching Qigong to improve Lung energy and boost our immune system.
Due to lock down we experience more stress, anxiety, emotions and worries all of which will have a negative affect on our body.
QIGONG is an ancient Chinese practice and it is excellent for reducing stress , anxiety, illness prevention, boosts immune system, relieves headaches ultimately leading relaxation and greater mental focus.
