Olympic champion Helen Glover launches #SheRows to get 10,000 women indoor rowing by 2021 - British Rowing will showcase indoor rowing as the ultimate, full-body workout and highlight its mental health benefits.

The Ariel contingent supporting the John O’Groats to Land’s End...erg marathon to raise awareness and money for Sjogren’s syndrone. One of our Go Rowers - Pam - suffers from this and rowing is transformative for her as a form of exercise she can do and enjoy.
