So at the end of another very long hot day, it's time to chill. Cheers me old buddy, couldn't do it without you
What an event!
A total of 55 people on the water yesterday evening, paddling a mixture of paddleboards, Katakanus and Dragonboards, with tremendous thanks to the collaboration of Bath Fit Fam, and CK Sup And Paddle.
This is just the 2nd time we've worked with BFF this year, but boy did it work well, and all thanks to a phenomenal group of people both on and off the water, all coming together to make these great events work.
Thanks guys!
88 years young!
There's not many things that we can't sort here at CK Sup And Paddle.
This young lady went water skiing at 80 and now she's 88 she fancied a bit of katakanuing...well why not!
We modified a royal throne for her and away she went for a couple of hours.
If I'm in half as good nick as her at 88, I'll be a happy chappy 😊

Those clever people at have come up with a fabulous addition to their accessory range...a fantastically comfortable and supportive inflatable seat and footrest that transforms your paddleboard into a kayak type set up.
If for whatever reason you fancy a change from kneeling or standing on your board, just clip this on and away you go, then unclip it all and your back to you traditional paddleboard, it's as easy as that!

Further to our previous post, the signed guitar by the legend & extremely talented singer, songwriter, musician Chris Difford, founding member of Squeeze, has just been put up for auction on Ebay ahead of their latest tour of the USA.

We popped to see Chris performing an amazing set with the equally talented Melvin Duffy who was on pedal steel and Fender Telecaster duties at Trowbridge Festival.
Was fab to hear the Squeeze classics up close and personal.
We particularly enjoyed the stories in between the songs and was great to have a chat with Chris and Melvin before and after the gig.
Huge thanks to Chris for doing this, it will help our fundraising for The Big Avon Paddle on Saturday 12th September at The Boathouse, Bath which is supporting Keynsham Mencap and Variety the Children's Charity of Great Britain
