We’re excited to announce something a little different coming to the water this autumn… 🧘‍♀️✨

The lovely Nicola Bianca - Yoga & Dance and Claire Hawkins are excited to be bringing SUP Yoga and Pilates to the Torbay community this autumn, with a series of introductory classes running over the winter months! 🥳

Both teachers place a huge emphasis on creating classes that feel supportive, welcoming and fun — whether you’re completely new to SUP, yoga or Pilates, or simply looking to try something a little different.

These sessions are all about coming together, getting outside, connecting with nature and enjoying moving our bodies.

Classes will be gentle, accessible and beginner-friendly, with plenty of encouragement and guidance along the way.

We’ll build confidence both on the boards and in your practice, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Come along, have a go, and experience movement on the water in a completely different way. 💙

Throwback to one of our Sunrise paddle socials we hosted this summer!
Was it worth the 5am alarm? Absolutely! 😍
We shall be hosting more sunrise/sunset paddle socials throughout the autumn (Weather dependent!) as well as our Hawaiian party paddle social to still look forward to!

🌴 END OF SUMMER PARTY PADDLE — POSTPONED 🌊❌

Unfortunately, the weather isn’t playing ball this weekend! 🌧️🌬️

The South Westerly wind is forecast to stay strong throughout Saturday, blowing offshore and creating conditions that just aren’t suitable for a safe and enjoyable paddle. It’s also looking like it’s going to be a pretty wet day! 🌧️

As much as we’d love to go ahead — especially with it being Bank Holiday weekend — safety has to come first, so we’ve made the decision to postpone Saturday’s End of Summer Party Paddle. ❤️

BUT… WE’RE NOT CANCELLING! 🙌🎉

We’ll be finding a new date with better conditions so we can actually enjoy the Hawaiian theme, paddle to Fishcombe Cove, grab some food & drinks and have a proper evening on the water! 🌺🛶🌊
