St Mawgan FC. Newquay

Another superb installation by Sports Lighting at St Mawgan FC, Newquay.

We installed 6 new 15mt base hinged columns, c/w 12 x 1500w Philips state of the art LEDs.

Erected the 6 columns on Monday of this week, and installed and aimed the Philips LEDs on Tuesday.

The uniformity was fantastic.

It was great to see Jamie at the club with such a fantastic grin on his face of self satisfaction. It could not be faulted.

The back drop to this pitch was outstanding, and the planes coming over the pitch all the time. Picture of the planes are not AI. !!!

Immanuel School. Romford.

A superb installation by Ebms.LONDON for a new MUGA and Table Tennis area in Romford.

We installed 6 x 8mt base hinged columns, c/w 6 x Philips 530w Clearfloods.

We also had two LEDs on two columns to light the two Table Tennis tables at the side of the MUGA.

Looked superb. Great detail and quality on the MUGA, done by EBMS London.

Thank you to everyone concerned, even the school for bringing out much needed refreshments during the hot installation.

The columns were lowered by our baby Hydraulic Ram. One of many Sports Lighting has.

Penzance AFC.

Another superb installation. Bit of a challenge, being the main stand was taking up most of one side and existing columns on each side of it, and a long way from each other. Philips have done it again, perfect uniformity using just 12 x Philips state of the art LEDs, on 8 x 16mt Towermaster columns.

Uniformity was brilliant. Even though the pitch was slightly light brown. The Lux Levels were as it says on the tin from Philips.

The club were so pleased as we take every precaution to make sure the pitch does not get damaged, by using heavy duty rubber mats to sit the cherry picker on, even though it was rock hard.

Thank you so much to everyone at the club in making this installation go the way it did. Even got transported to the accommodation by David, thank you.

Bishops Foxes School.

Another service done at Bishop Foxes School. As we all know its that time of the year, schools off, servicing begins. End July to start of September.

6 x 15mt Abacus base hinged columns, with 20 metal halide fittings.

Everything working from the last years service, it pays to service in the long run.

Sports Lighting has 95% of Hydraulic Rams to lower columns from 4mts high to 22mts high.

Millbrook Football Club

What a superb installation. Existing was 12 Kingfisher Metal Halide fittings mounted on 6 x 15mts quality Kingfisher Columns.

We installed 12 x Philips state of the art LEDs, the outcome was brilliant. Brilliant uniformity, brilliant lux levels, all levels taken on the touchline and goal line.

The members of the club were well impressed with the installation, comment "Little bit different from our old ones" laughing !!!

A massive thank you to all the members of Millbrook FC, especially Kori, for there help in making this installation go to plan.

How many time do I say this, "Sports Lighting doing what we do best, always"

Shame about the slightly yellow grass !!!! It will look superb when the grass turns colour.

Lordswood FC, Chatham.

Existing 8 x 16mt Towermaster static columns with 16 old 2kw metal halide fittings which was little worse for ware.

We replaced them with the state of the art 12 Philips Optivision LEDs.

Levels and uniformity were brilliant. Lux Levels are always taken on the touch and goal lines.

We managed to carry out all of the installation from outside of the perimeter fence which was a bonus.

Thank you so much to Andy the grounds man and everyone concerned and give then the perfect installation.

Ground work done, All 6 concrete pads in, ducting in, cables in ducts.

Extreme heat, doesn't help when you are doing this type of groundwork.

I must say what a beautiful site position for a football pitch. Over looking the sea at Newquay, Cornwall.

Planes coming flying over the pitch all the time.

Next stage in August, columns and Philips LEDs arrive.

Two days to erect columns and fit the Philips LEDs.

Kingsbridge Tennis Club.

Kingsbridge Tennis Club has 3 superb courts. All having the old metal halide floods.

We installed the state of the art Philips Clearfloods. The finished installation was so good. We even had the Clearfloods painted in the dark green. At no extra cost to the club.

The uniformity of the Clearfloods was perfect. This is the quality of Philips.

The Tennis club was over the moon with the transformation and quality of our work.

Sports Lighting had from 7.30am to 5pm to complete the installation. We completed it at 4pm. Not a bad days work.

So the Tennis could go ahead in the evening. Great feed back.

Betws Yn Rhos Bowling Club. Wales

Brought in to replace 8 old metal Halide fittings with 8 new LEDs.

The old system consisted of 4 x 10 Towermaster Octolite columns. We were unable to lower the columns, due to bushes, trees, etc so the only option was a 20mt Spider lift.

Pricing against floodlighting contractors, Sports Lighting came out on top, and delivered a superb outcome.

The clients were well please with our quality and efficacy of our work. Left Torquay at 5.30am, arrived at the club at 12pm, completed the installation by 5.30pm the same day.

Need to say it again, Sports Lighting doing what we do best all the time.
