Another sociable afternoon of tennis at our club, with this year’s Veterans Tournament delivering plenty of fun and competitive games, with the wind adding an extra challenge. All followed, of course, by a splendid spread for lunch.
Congratulations to Liz (pictured) and Nicola, the joint ladies’ winners, as well as Steve (pictured), the men’s winner, and Mark, the runner-up.
Also a big thank you to John for organising this great day for us!!

Broadstairs Tennis Club's Walking Tennis group welcomed our friends from Whitstable LTC to an afternoon of social play on Friday 21st August. They brought a squad of 15 players and supporters and we all mixed in for a fun afternoon. The sun shone and the Pimms flowed, accompanied by vast amounts of cake. All very healthy!

This Wednesday we shall be representing the Club at a Walking Tennis festival at Polo Farm Canterbury with several other clubs.
