Nordic Walking Brockenhurst What is Nordic Walking? Nordic Walking turns a walk into a workout - uses 96% of your body's muscles and burns 20% more caloires!

Nordic Walking Brockenhurst - three Nordic Walking UK Accredited Instructors - Suzanne and Trevor Madden and Sue Gravells. Both walking lovers, Trevor and Suzanne decided to take up Nordic Walking after discovering the benefits - uses 90% of the body's muscles, takes the stress off of joints, is good for posture, bad knees and back, fitness, calorie burning and more! Not to mention the fact that it's fun, sociable, outdoors and takes in the stunning walks we're lucky enough to have on our doorstep! Our members enjoy up to 15 walks a week (it's not compulsory!), their well behaved dogs are welcome and they're loving being fitter and enjoying the company of new friends (so are we!).

Pannage started today. The time when pigs are turned out. Due to the lack of acorns and the disneyifcation of the New Forest we ask you and all New Forest Social Media sites not to post where the pigs are, They will struggle to find mast, and being plagued by photographers and influencers using livestock for content will make thing worse.

Please let them do their job as they should without interuption.
