Before you see the result in your body or your life,
you must first begin to imagine it.

You can’t start this process backwards —
it always begins with a vision, then a feeling, and only after that comes action.

✨ Visualize yourself reaching the goal.
✨ See clearly what you desire – that’s your intention, your starting point.

The more often you repeat this inner image,
the more naturally your actions in the real world
will lead you toward your true goal.

The words we say — whether out loud or in our mind — are like a program our body listens to.
Every word carries a certain frequency, and the body responds to it — by tightening or relaxing.

For example: when you say “I can’t”, your muscles slightly contract, your breathing becomes shallow, and your brain stops looking for solutions.
But if you say “I’ll try, step by step,” your breath softens, your heart opens, and your mind starts to see possibilities.

So, words are not just sounds — they send signals to every cell in your body.
When you use words of love, support, and acceptance, your body feels safe, stress hormones drop, and you literally start to live with more ease.

🌸 The words you speak are like seeds —
if you plant them with love, your reality blossoms differently.

Example: In the morning, instead of saying “I look terrible,” try “My body is changing, and I love it in the process.” That small shift in words changes everything —
one phrase contracts you, the other heals you.

Truths most fitness trainers will never tell you – but I will.

Before that, 👋 hi — I’m Radina Eneva, founder of fit Healthy Mamma
Certified fitness trainer, personal coach, HIIT & Tabata instructor, mentor, and holistic trainer.

But above all – I’m a woman, mother, wife, and a human who deeply believes that real transformation begins from within. 😊

👉 For more than 15 years, I’ve been on a personal journey of change — through intense workouts, searching, burnout, healing, and finally, coming back to myself.

And for nearly 7 years, I’ve been professionally guiding clients through their physical and inner transformation — with movement, awareness, new habits, and a completely new relationship with their bodies.

I work with women (and trainers) who aren’t just looking for an external change,
but want to build a life rooted in inner stability, lightness, and freedom.

And today… it’s time to share a truth.
A truth I’ve held inside for a long time.
But now I see things from a different perspective — and it’s time for you to know the truth,
so you can stop living in the illusion of chasing the “perfect body” and “perfect life.”

Because I see how many trainers — like I once was — carry the heavy burden of perfectionism, control, and the fear of admitting that they’re not perfect… and that they don’t have to be.

📊 Based on informal observations and conversations within the professional field, over 70% of fitness trainers feel a deep internal pressure to be “perfect” — visually, emotionally, and professionally.
This isn’t just ambition. It’s hidden control disguised as motivation — a control that often begins with insecurity and turns into self-demand.
And from there — into a standard that consumes you.

The truth, up to this moment, for me is this:

Many trainers don’t allow themselves to relax, to admit that they also hesitate.
That they don’t always want to count macros.
That they get tired.
That they can’t always keep up the façade.

But… the industry demands certainty, not depth.

And behind the scenes, what’s really happening?
They train even when they don’t feel well.
They carry the weight of clients’ results — results that depend on so much more than calories.
They control every bite, every step, every percent of body fat…
because deep down, they don’t know who they are if they stop being “perfect.”

😊 And sometimes, this pressure gets passed on — without even realizing it.

To clients — through excessive demands, “discipline,” “strict regimes.”
And in their effort (without meaning to), they teach their children not love, flexibility, and gentleness toward the body,
but the need to control it, because otherwise, you’re “not enough.”
And yes — it’s an unconscious process.

🦋🙏 Now I’ll tell you something personal:

I’ve been through all of this myself.
Over 15 years of personal transformation — periods of exhausting workouts, physical and emotional injuries, and the constant fear of showing weakness.

At times, I turned to food — eating out of fear of failure, criticism, or “what others will think.”
Experts, parents, friends, colleagues — just others. 🙂
My relationship with food was driven by fear, guilt, and “shoulds.”
And the feeling that if I didn’t look perfect — I had no right to lead others.

The truth is that behind excessive action there isn’t always motivation.
There’s often pain, insecurity, perfectionism, and fear —
fear that if I’m not in “top shape,” then I’m a failure.

🙏😊🦋 But today…

I no longer push myself.
I don’t chase “purity,” “ideals,” or “forms.”
I train in a softer, connected, intuitive way.
I do what my soul tells me — not what some external model or standard says.
No more boxes.
I call that freedom.

Because I know now — true health lives in connection and inner freedom, not in form.

Today:

I don’t count calories — I count feelings, freedom, and joy.
I don’t chase muscles or 0% body fat — I seek fulfillment, sufficiency, health, humility, and harmony with my body and myself.
I’m not building a “fit body” — I’m building a home filled with confidence and faith in who I am.

I’m not “perfect” —
but I can truly say: I am enough, exactly as I am, right now.

Yes, I’m an experienced online fitness and personal trainer.
But at my core, I’m a holistic coach and mentor.

I work with the body, the mind, self-worth, and the inner voice.
I create space where transformation comes from ease, not pressure — and that is my mission now.

Because now — YES.
Today, I lead not only women toward a new body,
but also trainers toward a new truth.

A truth where you are enough, even when you’re not perfect.

This isn’t a confession.
It’s a fact that the fitness industry rarely admits —
and one that I’m already helping to change.

I allow myself to be different.
To move with love and freedom, not out of fear of being rejected by the system.
To rest with clarity.
To lead with truth.

That’s why I help people reconnect with themselves —
not just to change their bodies.

💬 Why do we feel disappointed when there are no results?

When we don’t achieve what we want, we often get upset, disappointed, and sometimes even blame others.
But the truth is simple:
Results come only when we take action.

In our programs, we give everything — workouts, nutrition guidance, support, and community.
But no one can take the steps for you.
If you don’t move your body, if you don’t try to make a better choice today — your body cannot change.

💡 Example:
Two women start the same program.
One of them spends 15–20 minutes every day, eats better, and believes in the process. After a week, she feels lighter and more confident.
The other watches the videos but doesn’t do them — she only plans and hesitates. After a week, she says, “I see no results.”

The difference isn’t in the program.
The difference is in the action.

No one can take the step for you.
But we can walk beside you — support you, inspire you, and remind you that you can. ❤️
