I’m back! (Just about) 😎

NEW PAYMENT PLAN
Are you a student, on a low wage or unemployed, who also wants a personal trainer? This may seem like its impossible to afford with the large block prices and hourly rates of most, however I am now offering a 10% discount on my hourly rate of £30, taking it down to £27. This allows you to be flexible with your sessions if needed, and not break the bank to get those block payment discounts.

I haven’t properly danced since around March this year, so it feels good to get some practice back in! Forgot how much effort it takes to actually hold some of these positions and my muscles are definitely feeling it 😅

Just a lil clip from my last assessment at uni (we had an army theme going on just to add context lmao). Could imagine if I tried to do half of these things anymore I’d probably fail but feeling super strong at the gym atm, however I do miss learning new tricks!

Seeing accounts like mine can give off the impression that we live and breathe fitness 24/7, and whilst I do enjoy looking after my body, I also love going out on the weekend and eating whatever takes my fancy! Being 21 it’s almost impossible (for me anyway) to have a completely clean lifestyle, and I don’t think that anyone should discipline themselves like that anyway; treating yourself here and there is good for your motivation and self esteem. Have a few days for YOU in the week and come back to the gym ready to work hard! Simple 🍸
