🚦temporary 3 way traffic lights are in place at the junction of Buntsford park Road, Sherwood Road and Morrisons. Not sure how long they will be there but please take this into account when making your way to the gym. Apparently it’s already causing delays in the area especially when combined with the Stoke road closure at the other end of Sherwood Road!

Gemma and Marie had great fun setting it up on Monday! We may have even had a go. (Sadly no photographic evidence 🤣)

We’re excited for our gymnasts to have a go and learn some new skills! 🤸‍♀️

We are planning to be open on throughout this week, but we are keeping an eye on the temperature in the gym as it’s always much hotter inside than it is out.

Please ensure children bring a drink with them. We can top them up if necessary.
Children can also wear lighter sports wear (no crop tops or very baggy tops) and bring a handheld fan if they have one.

We will have slower paced classes and plenty of breaks.

If we feel that gym is getting too hot we may have to make classes shorter or cancel altogether. We will be in touch should this happen. 🌟💙

You may remember a couple of months ago we sent out membership agreements via adobe for members to sign.
We still have quite a number outstanding, however we have now switched to a new provider.

If you still need to sign one, you will receive a new one from bold sign at some point during July or August.

You may see that it comes from a different email address to our usual one, however, please rest assured that it is from us.

We have made the difficult decision to close this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, due to the heat.

The gym gets very hot and we are not fortunate enough to have air conditioning (yet - if you have any recommendations for companies, please let us know).

We have sent a text everyone - please let me know if you haven’t received it.

We are keeping an eye on Friday’s temperature and will update you as soon as we make a decision. 🌟💙
