It’s Bank Holiday weekend which can only mean one thing……

You can just expect our feed to be a whole of Hollywood sparkle from now on 😍✨🙌
At Supreme we believe learning should be all about having fun 🖤🩷
We start all our classes the same way, with a little fact circle to connect with the children, learn about their week and help calm their nervous systems. 🧠
Followed by lots of fun warm ups and exercises before we concentrate on refining technique 🩰
It’s important to me that the children develop a great standard of dance but it’s even more important that they have fun doing it… after all, isn’t that what it’s all about?! 🥰✨🫶

This is a little 🤏 reminder to all of our dancers to stretch this Summer! ☀️
It is so easy to lose your flexibility over the 6 weeks holiday - even if you’re just at the beginning of your journey practising at home is so important! 💯
I can remember sitting in the splits whilst my mum had coronation street on back in the day 🤣
Well done to our Mini Troupe for always being consistent with their stretching & also Miss Summer for setting an excellent example - checkout her back catch! 😍🙌
