Have not been in top of the world after a small operation, therefore my nutrition and exercise regime hasn't been on point! But today the sun is out and while I was shopping was asked how I kept in shape. The lady wanted to loose weight and gain strength in both her physique and well being! After a little chat she walked away smiling and full of enthusiasm and of course my telephone number! It's days like today that put a smile on my face and make me even more determined to change people's lives for the better!
