Worcestershire County Short Mat Bowls

Our first outing of the upcoming season fast approaches, come and join us on Sunday 20th September 2026 at Bromsgrove & District Indoor Bowls Club for a fun day of bowls. This year we hope that new bowlers who are interested in representing Worcestershire in our ESMBA Inter County Championships will come and join us and we can put our strongest foot forward this coming season. Updates and news will be posted here throughout the season.

There will be a cost on the day to cover the venue hire and if some of our existing member could arrive a little early to get the equipment out that would be a huge help.

After the first edition of the lottery bingo has been won, the second starts next Saturday. Contact Beard Bowler to enter. £1 per week. Winner walked away with £265 from the first round!

ESMBA Top Club plate winners - Blakedown

Churchill & Blakedown have won the plate knockout at the 2026 TLH Top Club in Tourquay.

It’s been such an enjoyable weekend, thank you to everyone that has been a part of it and congratulations to our Worcestershire bowlers!
