My yoga classes combine Myofascial release techniques, conscious breathing, and mindful movement to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and create a sense of balance and wellbeing.
The classes in the studio are a maximum of 4 people; the perfect number to give everybody my full attention and share knowledge on a slow but strong basis
Each class is thoughtfully designed with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine in mind.
As the seasons change, we focus on the meridians and areas of the body that may be more vulnerable to imbalance during that time of year. This seasonal approach helps support your bodyโs natural rhythms, encouraging greater harmony, resilience, and overall health.
My teaching places a strong emphasis on cultivating a healthy core connection and integrating it with the rest of the body. By working with the bodyโs natural design and movement patterns, youโll learn how to move more efficiently, build strength and stability, and create greater ease and balance in your everyday life.
You always come out of the classes learning something new, feeling stronger and totally reset.

The world today is hectic and overstimulating. Constant notifications. Noise. Stress. Rushed schedules. Even during rest, the nervous system often remains on high alert.
Very rarely do we get the opportunity to relax for an hour or two, in uninterrupted one on one time with somebody else.
As a massage therapist I aim to create a deeply restorative and mindful space for my clients. No distractions, often silence, with no expectation or need to do anything.
In that environment you start to look inward, notice your breath and release tension.
The communication between the client and the therapist is vitally important, but doesnโt always require words. Holding that grounded, peaceful energy and protecting that tranquility is important not just for the experience of the client, but also the therapist. A beautiful gift.

Welcoming and enjoying the sunshine is an excellent way to boost your mood and improve your sleep cycle. UV rays prompt your skin to create Vitamin D, which is essential for emotional regulation.
Sunlight triggers the retina to produce serotonin, a hormone that regulates your mood and helps you feel calm and focused.
Morning sunlight curbs melatonin, helping you regulate your internal body clock for better energy during the day and improved sleep at night.
Step outside, close your eyes, and feel the warmth on your face. Take 5 to 10 deep breaths, focusing entirely on the present moment and the energy of the day.
