Scott welch former British and Commonwealth champion and also thoughtful the WBO world in 1997 came to club Ko yesterday was seeing a neighbour of mine and popped in to to c us we have spoken on phone but haven’t seen each other for a good few years since Walthamstow day were he used to spar my fighter the later mark potter I was marks running partner and we done circuits together and Scott was one marks sparring partners back then helping mark though his early days every day was a war back in Walthamstow days we had great talk and laugh about the old days Danny Williams and Herbie hide was also at champions Gym in Walthamstow Scott Danny and Herbie and the Trainer Jim Mcdonoldgreat times and me and Mark was under Alan Motlack and Charlie Smith but then 🥊👍⚽️🧢💪🙏

Come to club Ko learn a new skill make new friends learn to defend yourself properly we’re not just a boxing gym our team have a lot of experience up to 60 years experience one of our trainers 80 years old still active and trained Jason Mathews right up to his world title and won it Jimmy Macdonald trained James degale Olympic gold medalist to winning a world title from club Ko Buckhurst Hill Noel the owner ex trainer to James Mac Sweeney who went to ufc Michael 1 2 Pastoo light weight ucmma champion mark potter who had 30 heavyweight kos with me after his pro career on the in unlicensed BOXING with me and 7 mma fights 1 disqualification and my loss I ve had 38 years working with young people boxing and on streets I came to east London at age of 22 years old and was working from the age of 12 years old greengrocers and selling on markets and streets market stuff working as a trainer boxer promoter I understand the streets and gyms been all over the country doing security as well so me and my team boxing and mauy thia experience will get u fighting fit and educated for the Streets 🥊⚽️🧢💪👍
