Our postnatal classes are so much more than just Pilates…

They’re a little bit chaotic (because... babies! 🤍), full of laughs, encouragement and the reassurance that you’re not doing this motherhood thing alone.

Some of our favourite moments happen after class, when we all sit together, chat about our weeks and support each other through the highs and lows. Add in our lovely WhatsApp group, and you’ve got a community that’s there long after the workout ends.

✨ More classes. More choice. More opportunities to move. ✨

We’ve just launched our new Reformer Pilates timetable and it’s our biggest yet.

With classes running throughout the week, it’s easier than ever to find sessions that fit around work, family and everyday life. Whether you’re an early bird, prefer daytime classes or like to move after work, there’s plenty of choice.

One of the biggest benefits of having such a full timetable is flexibility. Can’t make your usual class? You’re much more likely to find another session that suits, helping you stay consistent and keep progressing.

With just 6 reformers in the studio, every class stays small, supportive and welcoming, with plenty of individual guidance from our amazing instructors.

Whether you’re completely new to Reformer Pilates or already part of our community, we’d love to see you on the reformer.

Running a small business isn’t always easy, and every class you book, every recommendation you make, every kind word you share, and every familiar face that walks through our doors means more than you probably realise.

The studio is more than just reformer Pilates to us. It’s a community filled with encouragement, laughter, strength, and genuine friendships. Watching so many members grow in confidence and ability has been one of the greatest rewards.

We’re so excited to welcome you to our beautiful new space, home to our reformer pilates studio & NBS Injury Clinic 🤍 A calm, peaceful setting surrounded by nature (with alpacas there to greet you on your way in 🦙).

Together, we’ve created a space where movement, rehab, and wellbeing come hand in hand. With a new on-site gym (watch this space 👀), we’re expanding what we can offer and continuing to grow, side by side.
