Be the girl who decided to go for it. Would I have believed you, if you had told me in my early 20s that I would have a passion for fitness and being the best strongest version of myself doing body confidence photoshoots and sculpting my body to the way I want to look and feel, I would never have believed you. The younger me would have probably shaken my head and said not interested or not a chance would I be doing that. Well look at what I have achieved, I fell in love with weight training, then trained to become a Personal Trainer, then wanted to be Pre and Postnatal qualified to help my ladies further with their training, to running my own business called Embody Personal Training which has been going for 6 years. Which I absolutely love doing, my work doesn’t feel like work to me as it’s my passion, I have a passion to help all my clients achieve their goals, help them feel stronger and more confident in their shape and to live healthier lifestyles. 🫶🏻
