We are starting our new academic year with a celebration!

Jade Jordan has achieved her DDE qualification in :

✨ Imperial Classical Ballet

Having already gained her FDI Modern with Reynolds Performing Arts, Jade came to us in 2023 to continue her studies in ballet.

During the course Jade fell pregnant, but she did not let that stop her. Coming to class almost until the birth and then back in class with the 3-week old gorgeous Erica sleeping soundly in the pram in the corner of the studio - that’s dedication!!

Jade is currently teaching at the Let’s Dance Ballet Academy in Hassocks, helping to grow the school which now offers ISTD syllabus ballet classes from pre‑school through to adults.

Ballet, Modern and Tap at the Sophie Eastwood Dance Academy
First steps at Walkhouse Gielgud Academy of Performing Arts
Babyballet
Pre-schoolers - KS2 at Kicks Dance

All of this is balanced with raising two young children and working part‑time for an airline — life is pretty busy!

WHEN DO YOUR COURSES RUN?

Every ADC (Approved Dance Centre) has their own way of running the DDE course.

At Dance2advance we offer units 1 and 5 every year 🗓️

Unit 2 has prep lessons for each section of:

Observing
Assisting
Teaching Practice

Students can join these courses when they are ready to commence the next phase ➡️

Unit 4 courses run on a rolling basis - as soon as one course finishes, the next starts ⏭️
