And despite the name… you definitely don’t need to have a baby to join us! 😂

Our Barbells & Babies sessions are designed for parents who want to train without having to worry about childcare. Bring your little one along )from newborn right through to pre-school age) while you get a great coached workout in.

And for the relaunch, we’re increasing to THREE sessions every week! 🙌

Monday @ 11:30am
Tuesday @ 10:30am
Thursday @ 10:30am
